I was getting married to a vampire who might have been Dracula, but I'm not sure if he was actually Dracula or if some people were saying it to be mean about his vampirism. He was quite tall and pale-skinned, and he intimidated me a bit to start with because he was quite loud. While trying to get dressed for the wedding, he couldn't decide if a white waistcoat or a black waistcoat looked better, but he decided on white because that's what I had asked him to wear. I was wearing a long purple skirt with a white blouse while getting ready for the ceremony. In the dream I had two sisters called Elizabeth and Daryl, and while Elizabeth supported me fully, Darryl was very mean and said that I was only marrying him for his money and castle, and because I was probably pregnant (which I wasn't). I shouted back that I would've still married him if he didn't have a penny to his name or if he lived in a pigpen, and Daryl left after that. This was when I realised how very much I loved the vampire, and decided I did really want to marry him. After Daryl left, I went looking for a sink to wash my face and got very confused because I couldn't find any toilets in the vampire's castle, and the orly sink was in the kitchen. Elizabeth found a flannel and some water to wash my face and helped me get into my wedding dress, which was a floor-length, off-shoulder white gown with a fur shawl. While she helped, I joked that if the vampire wanted to marry me, he'd need to build me some toilets in the castle as a wedding present. We put the finishing touches on my makeup and walked out to the front of the castle where the rest of the wedding procession waited. I took my place at the front of the procession and we slowly walked to the church while I chatted happily to my family, then I woke up.
This dream could represent your emotional conflict, facing your inner thoughts and feelings. The vampire represents an imposing image, intimidating and loud, which could reflect your fear of something new or unknown, or a situation that is out of your control. The fact that you had doubts about him being Dracula could mean that you are not entirely sure about your own fears or motives, and you are questioning your intuition.
Weddings represent a union or a commitment, and the fact that you married a vampire could also mean that you are merging with your darker side or repressed desires. It could also indicate a need for change or excitement in your life, something that is thrilling and different from your normal routine. Your sisters could represent contrasting aspects of yourself, one being supportive and the other being destructive and critical. The fact that you stood up to your sister could indicate that you are learning to assert yourself more and defend your choices.
The confusion over the lack of toilets in the castle could represent the discomfort or uneasiness you are feeling with something in your life, or a place where you don't feel at home or comfortable. The wedding dress and the makeup could symbolize your desire to present yourself in the best light possible, and the need to hide or cover up something that you don't want others to see.
Overall, this dream could be reminding you of the importance of embracing your fears and desires, facing your own inner conflicts and asserting your decisions with confidence. It could also suggest that you need to reevaluate your priorities and find a place or situation where you feel comfortable and at peace.
